Reiki 1 weekend workshops
£150 per person (deposit of £50 secures your place on the course - min. 2, max. 6 students).
This two-day weekend course offers an introduction to Usui Reiki, and teaches how to do self-treatments, and seated/couch treatments for your family, friends and pets. Includes a Reiki 1 manual and Reiki 1 Certificate.
Reiki 2 weekend workshops
£250 per person (deposit of £100 secures your place on the course - min. 2, max. 6 students).
Learn Usui Reiki symbols/mantras and how to use these in treatments, learn further Reiki techniques, and Practice Management. Includes a Reiki 2 manual and a Certificate of Attendance (Reiki 2 Certificate issued after case-studies returned to course manager).
Usui Reiki 3a Master Practitioner; Usui 3a/3b Master Teacher
Usui Reiki 3a £350 per person (deposit of £150 secures your place on the course); Usui Reiki 3a/3b £1000 per person (deposit of £350 secures your place on the apprenticeship).
Usui Reiki 3a Master Practitioner weekend workshop:
Revise Reiki 1&2 theory & practice, learn the Reiki Master symbol/mantra, use Reiki symbols/mantras in meditation, learn Usui Basic 5 hand positions & temporary Reiki attunement. Included are refreshments during the workshop, a Reiki Master Practitioner Manual, and Reiki Master Practitioner Certificate.
Usui Reiki 3a + 3b Master Teacher apprenticeship:
Learn how to teach Reiki 1, 2 & 3a/3b, give & teach attunements & Reiju blessings, & how to lead meditation/visualisations; presentation skills; NOS standards; research & CPD. Included are refreshments during meetings, various teaching materials, and your Reiki Master Teacher Certificate. The time period for the apprenticeship is in agreement with course convenors and students, and is normally over the period of a year.
Karuna (R) Practitioner & Master
Karuna Reiki (R) Practitioner £300 per person (deposit of £150 secures your place on the course); Karuna Reiki (R) Master Teacher £500 per person (deposit of £250 secures your place on the course). 10% discount for our Usui Reiki 3a and apprentice current/past students for both workshops. Please note that our Karuna Reiki courses are for Usui Reiki Master Practitioners and Usui Reiki Master Teachers only.

Learn how to use the eight Karuna Reiki (R) symbols/mantras in various ways, for self & others, & be certificated as a Karuna Reiki (R) Practitioner. Please note we are registered ICRT Master Teachers.
Karuna Reiki (R) Master Teacher weekend workshop:
Learn how to teach at Karuna Reiki (R) practitioner/master levels. Please note we are registered ICRT Karuna Reiki (R) Master Teachers, & you will receive an ICRT Master Teacher certificate on completion.
Introduction to Dowsing
Introduction to Dowsing £50 per person - minimum of 4 attendees. Larger groups at a venue chosen by you, on request (payment in full on booking).
Learn how to dowse in our one-day course, with plenty of opportunities for practice using rods & pendulums. Dowse for food intolerances, health, the aura, and for earth energies. You will be invited to make your own set of rods to use during the workshop, and we also offer a range of pendulums for purchase.
Understanding Witchcraft
Understanding Witchcraft £80 per person - minimum of 4 attendees. Larger groups at a venue chosen by you, on request (payment in full on booking).
In this weekend course we will explore the history and practise of witchcraft and magic from ancient times to the present day. As part of the course, you will be encouraged, if you wish, to discuss your own experiences and beliefs (but please don't feel you have to!). No previous knowledge of the subject is necessary, and the course is organised to encourage discussion and debate in an informal, safe and welcoming environment. Please contact us for more details.

Have you ever stepped inside a house and felt elated, or had a shiver up your spine? This is because of resonances held within the property, or geopathic stress or energies passing through the property.
Just like radio airwaves there are invisible energies all around us; some are good and uplifting, and some are detrimental to us and our health.
Detrimental energies can lead to lack of sleep, arguments, changes in character and also ill health. These energies can be detected through dowsing and can be corrected to help bring about a change in the atmosphere of a building.
Healing a house is not just about the building - it is also about healing the people who live in it, to bring about balance and peace into your lives.
Everyone is their own person with their own particular emotions and problems to deal with, therefore a house is not only subject to geopathic stress but also holds emotional energies which can be detrimental to its occupants.
Following a full energetic survey, the healing takes place. We will provide a full and detailed report with a floor plan showing the detrimental areas. We will also carry out a follow-up consultation. Our work is carried out in the strictest confidence.
Reiki
£30 per session. Cancelled until further notice due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Reiki treatments last for around one hour, and help to promote deep relaxation and natural healing. Prior to your first session, some information will be noted regarding your current health, contact details etc. After taking off outdoor shoes, the client lies on a treatment couch, or if preferred, sits in a chair. The session is carried out in silence apart from some gentle music, so mobile phones must be turned off, and talking should be avoided during the session. The practitioner will gently lay their hands on the body in a series of hand positions, each hand position being held for around 5 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing and socks - a blanket will be offered.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy - £50 per session; Stop Smoking £250 two sessions + further support. Cancelled until further notice due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation during which suggestions are made to create beneficial changes in ideas or behaviour. The subconscious mind controls the involuntary functions of the body, including habits and things that we do 'automatically' - it is fuelled by our emotions and imagination and directs the energy from within. The subconscious mind also contains memories of every single thing that has occurred to us. In hypnosis the mind is very receptive to new ideas and open to suggestions which encourage more sensible, balanced or helpful attitudes to reality.In the clinical setting, symptoms associated with stress or anxiety can be helped; in such cases it is not a substitute for medical treatment, but a very useful supplement to it. Mind and body affect each other, and the person as a whole is benefited by this holistic approach. For some conditions, regression techniques can be used. This may mean re-examining (without necessarily re-experiencing) events which influenced us at an earlier time in life. By bringing these memories to the surface the subconscious mind is able to discharge the negative effects and can be ‘reprogrammed’ for success.
The number of sessions required usually varies from person to person, the minimum being two. Hypnotherapy sessions last for around one hour. Prior to your first session, some information will be noted regarding your current health, contact details etc, and we will discuss your reasons for wanting hypnotherapy, in a safe and confidential environment, followed by a relaxing hypnotherapy session that will introduce you to the trance-like state. The second session will be tailored to your needs, and most people will find that this session will conclude attendance.

Mike Randell

Workshop Trainer & Therapist
After taking early retirement as a District Auditor for Prudential Assurance on December 31st 1995, I retrained as a complementary therapist. Being a Reiki Master Teacher/Practitioner, from 2002 I served as a Management Committee member of the UK Reiki Federation until 2016. During this time, I spent nine years as Vice-Chair, with one year as Acting Chair. I set up and ran a system of UK Area Representatives, and built a database tracing the lineages of 3,500 Reiki Masters back to the founder Mikao Usui. I have also sat on various panels for the establishment of the Reiki Council, National Occupational Standards for Reiki, and Voluntary Self-Regulation for Complementary Therapies. I was a representative for the UK Reiki Federation on the Reiki Council for several years. I am now a Lifetime Member of the UK Reiki Federation, and a member of the Reiki Association.
Between 1998 and 2008 I ran my own clinic in Acocks Green, and worked in clinics in Royal Leamington Spa and Coventry. From November 1999 to 2015 I have taught Usui Reiki with Joan Hitchco to at least 350 people ranging from Reiki 1 to Reiki Master / Teacher. Since joining with Paula in 2016 we have taught courses on Reiki, Karuna Reiki and dowsing for food intolerances. I have given various talks and demonstrations on Reiki and dowsing, and also on my thoughts and experiences living spiritually with cancer.

Workshop Trainer & Therapist
I began my journey in 2007, when I studied Reiki 1 with Mike Randell and Joan Hitchco. I continued my Reiki journey with my Reiki Masters through Reiki 2 and Reiki Master training, and also Karuna Reiki Practitioner training. During this time, I also studied clinical hypnotherapy with The Bridge College of Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am a Reiki Master Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation. In March 2010 I became the UK Reiki Federation Area Representative for Warwickshire, a post I served in until 2017. From January 2011 I served as a Management Committee member of the UK Reiki Federation for 3 years, including the role of Treasurer for a year. Since 2008 I have worked as a Reiki and Clinical Hypnotherapy therapist in my own clinic, and have taught Reiki since 2011.
I am now working with Mike teaching various courses and working on the healing of houses, and I also offer Reiki, Karuna Reiki and clinical hypnotherapy sessions.
In my 'other' life as an academic, I studied for a BA (Hons) in History at the University of Warwick from 2001 to 2011, and also for a MA by Research at Warwick on magic and witchcraft in the early modern Midlands, awarded in 2014. Currently I am studying for a doctorate, continuing my research on 'Witchcraft and Magic in the early modern Midlands' at the University of Bristol. I have presented talks on my research at various public and academic venues and conferences, including the Warwickshire Local History Society and the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic in Boscastle, Cornwall.
